Amazing AI plc is an AI driven, consumer finance fintech innovator that leverages its regulated licensed lending and collections operations, experience and network to distribute best-of-breed AI finance related services internationally, specifically focused on lending, collections and debt financing services.
AAI operates under the consumer brand Mr. Amazing Loans via the website www.mramazingloans.com in the United States with state consumer lending licenses/certificates of authority and an established track-record of lending, collections and regulatory compliance for over 15 years.
AAI intends to investigate further utilisation of AI in its own US consumer lending operational processes and seek additional strategic collaborations, joint ventures and acquisitions in the AI sector internationally, including in AI deception detection services to increase underwriting and collections performance. AAI also plans to conduct its own enhanced product and service development, territory customisation and new service initiatives.
AAI has also implemented a Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) Policy.

Mr. Amazing Loans provides unsecured online consumer loans via the website and online application platform www.mramazingloans.com. Mr. Amazing Loans currently offers $2,000 - $10,000 loans with a 5-year term in 6 licensed US states of California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada and New Jersey.
The strategy is to address the market needs of underbanked consumers that tend to be ignored by mainstream institutional credit providers such as banks and credit unions and are charged excessive fees and interest by fringe lenders such as payday lenders. All personal loans are offered at prevailing statutory rates with fixed affordable repayments and no prepayment penalties.
Mr. Amazing Loans has been operating in the United States for over 15 years and has lent over $17 million since inception in 2010.

PAUL MATHIESON
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Paul Mathieson is Founder, Chief Executive Officer and the largest shareholder of Amazing AI plc (AAI). Mr. Mathieson founded 100% owned subsidiary companies MRAL US Corporation dba Mr. Amazing Loans in the United States in 2008 and Amazing AI Services Ltd in UK in 2025. Mr. Mathieson has over 30 years’ finance industry experience in lending, funds management, stock market research and investment banking. His career has included positions from 1995 to 2001 as Financial Analyst/Institutional Dealer with Daiwa Securities, Head of Research for Hogan & Partners Stockbrokers, and Investment Banking Associate with ING Barings.
In addition, from 2002 to 2010, Mr. Mathieson was the Founder and Managing Director of IE Portfolio Warrants, a funds management business that offered high return and leveraged structured equities products.
From 2005 to 2011 Mr. Mathieson was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amazing Loans, a brick-and-mortar consumer finance company based in Australia. Mr. Mathieson received a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Mr. Mathieson was awarded Ernst & Young’s 2007 Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Eastern Region) for the success of both the Amazing Loans business and IE Portfolio Warrants funds management business.
NEIL PATRICK
Board Strategic Adviser
Neil is a strategic Adviser to the Board of AAI.
Neil has 16 years leadership experience in consumer credit (Standard Chartered, Woolwich, Barclays). Neil was co-founding director of two consumer credit businesses (Firstplus Financial Group PLC (“Firstplus”) and Picture Financial Group Ltd. (“Picture Financial”).
Neil was the principal author of the business plan for Picture Financial which raised £37m start-up investment through Apax Partners. In addition to being a co-founder, Neil served as Chief Operating Officer at Firstplus and Picture Financial which obtained acquisition offers of £365m for Firstplus and £275m for Picture Financial within 5 years of startup.
Neil's qualifications include a BA (Hons) Business Studies from the University of Brighton, Diploma and current full member Chartered Institute of Marketing, Finance and Leasing Association Diploma (Level 1) and Market Research Society Diploma.
GLENDYS AGUILERA
Executive Director of AAI & General Manager of MRAL US Corporation
Glendys is an Executive Director of AAI and the General Manager of MRAL US Corporation dba Mr. Amazing Loans and has worked with the group since 2011.
As General Manager, Mrs. Aguilera provides ongoing lending, compliance and collections management for AAI's 6 US state consumer lending licences/certificates of authority.
Prior to joining AAI, Mrs. Aguilera spent 4 years working for Wells Fargo in Las Vegas as a Personal Banker and Business Banker. Mrs. Aguilera is also Director and Company Secretary of AAI's 100% owned US subsidiary, MRAL US Corporation.
